I’m not denying HAARP’s capabilities , my friend , i have seen quite a few articles that say that it has already been used in Japan , China and North Korea . All seemed pretty plausible . I was just saying that the film “taken” in Moscow may not be what it seems .

Maybe there is more video of that not released yet, and also, my friend, i don’t need more proofs that HAARP can really do this kind of effect. HAARP is real, and there is no doubt in my mind this is actually what HAARP can do. This technology really exist. And it’s what is does.

The video you mention looks like a hoax . Think about it , only one person saw and filmed this ? Only ONE person in Moscow has a video camera ? Surely many people would have filmed this from many angels/perspectives , as it was in the sky for such a long time , compared with your “normal” sightings .

You need to get your head out of the ground, shed the fear your living in, be more skeptical of what your old prez was selling, live a more sustainable, less oil dependent life, and wake up kid.
